Cantys Bus Charter & Hire reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.  A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a refund otherwise all payments are forfeited.

No.  All rental vehicles to be returned to the pickup location

Yes.  More than one driver permitted.  Drivers registered at the time of hire.

All driver must be 21 years of age and over.

All drivers must have held a full driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years.

• A full class C driver’s licence or above for mini buses up to 12 seats (including driver)
• Light Rigid (LR) licence or above required for mini buses of 13 seats or more (including driver)

All drivers must be aged 21 and over and under 70 years of age

Yes.  Restrictions apply.

• No L Plate or P Plate drivers permitted.
• All driver must be 21 years of age and over and under 70 years of age.
• All drivers must have held a full driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years

All bus sizes quoted include the driver’s seat

• A 12 seat bus has capacity for 11 passengers and a driver (12 seats in total)
• A 14 seat bus has capacity for 13 passengers and a driver (14 seats in total)
• A 21 seat bus has capacity for 20 passengers and a driver (21 seats in total)
• A 25 seat bus has capacity for 24 passengers and a driver (25 seats in total)
• A 57 seat bus has capacity for 56 passengers and a driver (57 seats in total)

No.  Vehicle is to remain on sealed roads at all times.

Vehicles are NOT covered by insurance if driven on unsealed roads.  Unlimited damage excess applies in this case.

No. Vehicle needs to be returned during business hours

Call Cantys Bus Charter & Hire first.  Mini Buses are covered by the NRMA breakdown service.  Roadside service does not cover non-mechanical defects such as flat batteries, running out of petrol, lost keys.  In these cases the full NRMA call out fee will be apply.

Full daily rate applies for vehicles returned late.

All vehicles comply with government regulations regarding seat belts.  All vehicles with 25 or less seats are fully seat belted.  Buses with more than 25 seats are not fully seat belted.

Yes.  All vehicles are comprehensively insured.

Note: A security bond applies to all hires.

No.  The damage excess cannot be reduced.

Yes.  All vehicles are covered by the NRMA breakdown service.

Roadside service does not cover non-mechanical defects such as flat batteries, running out of petrol, lost keys, keys accidentally locked in the vehicle.  In these cases the full NRMA call out fee will be apply.

Charter & Rental: Yes. Drinks allowed however there is a strictly NO GLASS bottles or drinking glasses policy.

Transfers: No alcohol permitted.

Cleaning fees apply if a mess is made.
